Digital Marketing Strategist

June 2022

This role will lead the day-to-day online presence of our digitally focused clients. Our digital strategists are responsible for upholding and creating brand voices, curating content, maintaining social media calendars, managing accounts and conducting performance reporting. 
 
In this position, you will work with the internal team to understand the client’s business objectives, industry and target customer, and own the day-to-day management of comprehensive and cohesive digital campaigns.
 
Our Digital Strategists are curious about emerging opportunities and prepared to provide their POV, recommendations, and optimization recommendations based on performance. We encourage our strategists to test concepts and try new methods that keep clients at the forefront of all things digital. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience in social media management, have the ability to work on multiple projects at a time and have a high attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities

  • Understand a client’s business objectives, industry, and target customer
  • Develop, create, execute and manage content for multiple social channels tailored to specific audiences

Web Developer

August 2021

Evolve, Inc. is seeking a Web Developer to handle optimization and implementation for our websites and online business profiles. In this role, you will perform regular checks, solve any development issues relating to coding and site performance, ensure web pages and website structures are in line with best practices for optimization and searchability, monitor and provide reports for web hosted clients, and implement webpage content updates.

To ensure success as a web developer, you should be a proficient front-end developer with expertise in several coding languages and the knowledge of SEO development tools. Our preferred developer will demonstrate a deep understanding of all kinds of SEO approaches and be able to offer assistance with SEO and web development, deployment, and maintenance.

Marketing Strategist

Evolve, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Strategist to join our team and own the development of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans for our clients.

Position Type:

Role Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact between the agency and client.
  • Prepare marketing plans and present them to clients and ensuring daily execution
  • Meet regularly with departments to coordinate agency efforts on behalf of assigned clients/accounts.
  • Receive client briefings then quickly and accurately relay work orders to all appropriate agency personnel.
  • Effectively present, advise and defend all agency work/proposals to clients; support other client service team members in these functions.
  • Keep apprised of clients’ brands/products/services/marketing developments.
  • Prepare client invoices, proposals, marketing/media/public relations planning.
  • Regularly check for and respond promptly to all client communications, including calls, faxes text messages and emails.
  • Coordinate with interactive team to ensure traditional/interactive synthesis of marketing efforts.
  • Check and approve creative/production materials, copy, layouts, production art, and coordinate client approval of same.
  • Assist in collection of overdue accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.
  • Actively seek additional projects/new business from client contacts.

Account Coordinator

We are seeking a high-energy and well-organized Account Coordinator to work closely with the Account Service team in both executing smaller level projects and assisting with larger campaigns for various clients.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a recent graduate or has 1+ years of experience in marketing program/program management
  • Has an appetite for running fast and driving impact!

This role is responsible for:

  • Driving internal coordination between the account services and production team to ensure the timely and quality delivery of designated projects
  • Must be an energetic self-starter who requires minimal hands-on supervision
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Drafting press releases
  • Placing client orders for print or promotional products
  • Proofreading outgoing documents before review by Account Executive(s)
  • Drafting work orders and project schedules
  • Supporting the development and/or planning of strategic marketing projects

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment:
