Digital Marketing Strategist

June 2022

This role will lead the day-to-day online presence of our digitally focused clients. Our digital strategists are responsible for upholding and creating brand voices, curating content, maintaining social media calendars, managing accounts and conducting performance reporting.

In this position, you will work with the internal team to understand the client’s business objectives, industry and target customer, and own the day-to-day management of comprehensive and cohesive digital campaigns.

Our Digital Strategists are curious about emerging opportunities and prepared to provide their POV, recommendations, and optimization recommendations based on performance. We encourage our strategists to test concepts and try new methods that keep clients at the forefront of all things digital.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience in social media management, have the ability to work on multiple projects at a time and have a high attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities

  • Understand a client’s business objectives, industry, and target customer
  • Develop, create, execute and manage content for multiple social channels tailored to specific audiences
  • Research, curate, and uphold brand voices across various industries
  • Manage multiple budgets
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
  • Collaborate with the internal team to design a strategy and define measurable KPIs
  • Stay on the forefront of digital marketing and advertising and proactively seek ways increase account performance
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting; collaborate on data interpretation with internal team
  • Communicate directly with clients

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism
  • Work collaboratively with Creative and Account Teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Experience in SEMrush is a plus but not required
