Account Coordinator

April 2021

We are seeking a high-energy and well-organized Account Coordinator to work closely with the Account Service team in both executing smaller level projects and assisting with larger campaigns for various clients.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a recent graduate or has 1+ years of experience in marketing program/program management
  • Has an appetite for running fast and driving impact!

This role is responsible for:

  • Driving internal coordination between the account services and production team to ensure the timely and quality delivery of designated projects
  • Must be an energetic self-starter who requires minimal hands-on supervision
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Drafting press releases
  • Placing client orders for print or promotional products
  • Proofreading outgoing documents before review by Account Executive(s)
  • Drafting work orders and project schedules
  • Supporting the development and/or planning of strategic marketing projects

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
  • Positive, high-energy, get-it-done attitude
  • High attention-to-detail
  • Basic financial literacy
  • Comfortable presenting in front of a team and/or clients

Digital Strategist

March 2021

Evolve is currently seeking an analytically-driven digital strategist with a passion for and experience in executing and managing digital campaigns – paid and unpaid social media, paid search, display, etc. – to maximize impact and ROI across a broad spectrum of clients and industries.
In this position, you will work with the internal team to understand a client’s business objectives, industry and target customer and own the day-today management of comprehensive and cohesive digital campaigns.

This role is responsible for:

  • Understand a client’s business objectives, industry, and target customer
  • Setup and manage execution of organic and paid digital campaigns to achieve respective client goals across social media, paid search, product listing ads, or display formats
  • Collaborate with the internal team to design a strategy, define measurable KPIs, manage execution & placement, and communicate back to the team on progress and/or challenges for success
  • Passion for staying on the forefront of digital marketing and advertising and proactively seeks ways to expand their knowledge and toolkit as to increase account performance and operational efficiency
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting; collaborate on data interpretation with internal team to maximize impact, ROI and client satisfaction

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO & various social channels
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in digital marketing / analytics
  • Experience with:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google My Business
    • Google Ads
    • Google Search Console
    • Facebook Business Manager
    • Instagram
    • Mailchimp
    • Social media management tools such as Sprout Social
  • Proficiency in audience targeting and segmenting, including but not limited to psychographic clustering, geotargeting and lookalike targeting
  • Proficiency in navigating respective search and social media dashboards and interpreting KPIs to drive best-in-class performance
  • Certification in Google (Analytics, AdWords) and Facebook is not required, but considered a plus
  • Experience with email marketing is not required, but considered a plus
